What is NAT Test?

The ” Japanese NAT-TEST ” is a test to assess the Japanese language proficiency of non-native Japanese learners. For each of the five classes (levels), the Japanese language proficiency will be evaluated comprehensively through examinations in the three areas of “characters/vocabulary,” “listening comprehension,” and “reading comprehension.” The criteria and composition of questions are almost the same as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

Over 20 years of experience in Japan and overseas

Since the first test was conducted in 1989, the Japanese NAT-TEST has been conducted twice a year not only in Japan but also overseas such as China, Taiwan, and South Korea. The question is based on this. The Japanese language proficiency test is adopted as one of the classes at many Japanese language schools and Japanese language education facilities, and is actively used for student grade evaluation and career guidance.

Perfect for preparing for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test

The question standards and structure of the Japanese NAT-TEST are similar to those of the Japanese language proficiency test, and are generally used as a measure of the Japanese language proficiency of examinees and applicants for university entrance examinations and visa issuance to study in Japan. Because it conforms to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), which is widely accepted, it is ideal as a preparation for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (for example, Level 5 of the “Japanese NAT-TEST” and N5 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test are almost the same. difficulty). Also, the Japanese Language Proficiency Test is held twice a year (once depending on the venue), but the main test is held 6 times a year, so you can check the progress of your Japanese learning in more detail.

Instant results, detailed results

All applicants who have taken the Japanese NAT-TEST will be issued a report card within about three weeks after the test date. In addition to the overall evaluation, the score and evaluation for each section and question are written in detail on the report card, so that the examinee’s strengths and weaknesses can be understood at a glance. In addition, a “certificate of success” will be issued to successful applicants.
